UPDATE - We have been hit with FURTHUR increase in our shipping costs and packaging costs due to our supplier cost increases. We have no choice to increase our shipping charges otherwise it would not make sense to carry on selling online. We never make profit from our shipping & packaging costs, in fact we lose a little on packaging and shipping costs.
We have tried other 'cheaper' couriers and have found that we have a lot more breakages with them. APC offer a better liquid service on glass bottles etc.

Please where possible leave a safe place option. Our delivery agent will attempt delivery twice if you haven't left any safe place information then a redelivery fee of £10 is due before delivery can then attempted again.
We always aim to ship your parcels as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 working days for your order. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days of your order being taken, and you have we haven’t been in touch to advise of a shipping issue then please contact us on 015394 22290 or email us shop@beergb.com
We currently use APC as our courier. Unfortunately we are unable to specify an exact day or time of delivery. If you are not in when we try to deliver, then a card will be left through your door and your parcel will be left at your local depot for you to arrange a more convenient delivery day OR if you have a safe place where you would like your parcel leaving please let us know by leaving a note for us on checkout. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been processed which you can enter on the APC website to track your parcel. Usually you can see an ETA 2 hour delivery window once you have entered your information.
Update: Once you received your email directly from APC you can follow the link and input safe place or re-arrange for another day.
Please allow extra time during bank holiday weekends. Please note we are no longer offering designated delivery days or Saturday delivery.
Some times things go wrong like a smashed or missing parcel. We keep an eye on your parcels to check on their journey so in case of a missing/smashed parcel we can send out a replacement ASAP and apologise for any delays in this case. But if you have any concerns on your parcel please get in touch.
