La Patagua Semillon Moscatel Hodgkinson 2022 13.5%

La Patagua Semillon Moscatel Hodgkinson, natural wine, Chile, crisp but full of flavour, unfined and unfiltered so cloudy appearance. Like the red from the same producer, this natty  is exceptional value. The appearance is reassuringly cloudy so a wine with no clarification and the sulphites are pretty low at approx 50 mg/l. It is a little wild on the nose, pithy, yeasty but also with nice citrus and aromatic tropical notes coming through. The palate is excellent, crisp, clean, juicy but also textured. At 13.5% abv, this is not a light wine although is disguised as such.  The the abv seems integrated into the wine. La Patagua  is very tasty, very well put together wine.
