This super blend of local grapes with a decent chunk of viognier is literally busting with fresh summer fruits. Like the label, it is a fruit salad of flavour and zing, tropical, green and citrus but underlying the fruity flavour, there is also a touch of nice confectioner’s cream giving a lovely soft finish. A delightful wine for a plate of shellfish.
