Off-sweet two year aged mead brewed with Monmouthshire wildflower honey. Our Monmouthshire hives yield a very different honey to our coastal Ceredigion hives, and the resulting mead has gentle aromas of apple blossom and notes of vanilla and calvados. Midgard is lovely to drink straight up, slightly chilled, served with a good book and a free afternoon.
