Pais, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, Unfined, unfiltered and very low in sulphites for a wine of this quality. The fruit is soft and juicy, dry, structured, but no harsh tannins. There is good acid balance and lovely fresh finish. La Cueva Pais is a real crowd pleaser of a natural wine, ideal for parties and get togethers or a Thursday night Pasta.
